What Causes Brain Fog?

Brain Fog is related to Brain Health. The ability to focus is essential in almost everything we do, including learning and forming memories. This ability relies on the brain, an organ that consumes up to 20% of the body’s total energy. If our brains aren’t receiving enough nutritional support, they won’t function at their best.Brain Fog can be recognised as a symptom of other medical conditions. It is a type of cognitive dysfunction that involves:

  • memory problems
  • lack of metal clarity
  • poor concentration
  • inability to focus

Brain fog can also be described as mental fatigue.

  2. Lack of sleep, or poor sleep qualify can also interfere with how well your brain functions. Sleeping too little can result in poor concentration and cloudy thoughts.
  3. Hormonal changes can affect memory and cause short-term cognitive impairment.
